Manufactured to order, the panels can range from insulated panels to reinforced panels or both where an outer skin of fiberglass is sandwiched between varying materials depending on the client specifications which can range from high density foam insulation, sheet metal, plywood through to plastic.
The manufacturing process involves several stages where our client uses a highly specialized vacuum Infusion unit which is 18 meters long. The following steps are used in a standard panel build;

Once a panel has been manufactured the next stage of the process is customized sizing and cutting.
