- Previous FIFO Experience

Supplying to a wide range of industry sectors such as Mining, Construction, Heavy Industry and Oil & Gas our client has remained an industry leader through continual investment in infrastructure, personnel and product development.
Due to large project, our client requires two experienced Trades Assistant to join their onsite team. The work will be 2 x 2/1 swings at this stage, with a possible extension.
Project Working Days & Hours
- Roster: Ad Hoc – 2/1 roster
- Dayshift Only
- 12-hour days onsite.
The Role
Working on our clients RTIO project, the trades assistant’s will be responsible for assisting with preparing sites, bolting pipes together and loading bores. Previous experience working with dewatering/pumping equipment is required.
The Candidate
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and reliable all-round operator with a minimum of 1 years of experience on site as a Trades Assistant.
Essential Criteria
- Possess a Valid Australian C Class Drivers Licence
- Is physically fit and able to carry out physical tasks regularly
- Ability to pass ongoing Drug & Alcohol Screens
- Ability to pass Pre-Employment Medical
- Full Working Rights in Australia
Highly Desired
- Crane, Dogging and Rigging Qualifications - Desired
- Integrated Tool Carrier Ticket
- Skid Steer Ticket
- Excavator Ticket
Additional Criteria
- At least 1 year experience working on mine sites on a FIFO basis
- Ability to pass ongoing Drug & Alcohol Screens
- Ability to pass Pre-Employment Medical
- Full Working Rights in Australia
- Have a strong work ethic with a positive attitude where you are considered very reliable and considered by others as a hard worker
- Safety conscious with the ability to work unsupervised
- Must be able to complete Company & Client Inductions
Remuneration
The pay rates below are casual pay rates and depending on your qualifications and skills the pay rate will be between;
- $40.00 to $45.00 Per Hour Flat Rate on site
- + Super (On Ordinary Hours)
- + Daily Site Allowance
- Paid Weekly
