The Company

For the last 30+ years, our client has manufactured purpose built pumping systems designed to their client’s requirements and specifications with a proven reputation of quality, reliability and service, supplying to a wide range of clients in the Mining, Oil & Gas, Construction, Heavy Industry and Utilities industries.

Due to our client expanding their mining and industrial division they are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to be based at their Canning Vale Office.

 

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our client’s service team. Working in a team within the Mining and Industrial sector of the business and reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Liaising with onsite clients to arrange the demobilization of equipment to the Canning Vale workshop
  • Completing thorough inspections and reports regarding the work required
  • Conduct thorough analysis of product costs related to materials and labour
  • Prepare and submit detailed quotes to clients for repair work
  • Project manage the repairs and maintenance work in the workshop
  • Detailed reporting once the repairs have been completed
  • Organize the mobilization of repaired equipment back to site

 


The Candidate

To thrive in this position, you will have a background in Heavy Diesel Fitting or Mechanics, as well as good knowledge of electrical & pumping systems. A commitment to the company values and a proactive attitude are essential.

Ideally candidates would have the following;

  • Trade Qualified Mechanic
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Understanding of and the ability to interpret technical information
  • The ability to work in a team, as well as independently
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience working in the pumping and water treatment system industry
  • Previous Sales experience highly regarded

Working Days & Hours

  • Monday – Friday
  • 00am – 5.00pm

 

Remuneration

Depending on past work experience, technical expertise and qualification a highly attractive annual salary will be available. Depending on experience the pay rates will be between;

  • Casual Pay Rate: $60.00 to $70.00 Per Hour + OT + Super
  • Perm Pay Rate: 120K to 130K + Bonus + Super + Leave Entitlements
